Food & Beverage Associate – Udaipur

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Associate to join Minimalist Hotels in Udaipur. The role focuses on delivering a high‑end, personalized dining experience that reflects the brand’s minimalist design and digital‑first ethos. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, guiding them through the menu and ensuring seamless service from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, explain the “Minimalist” concept and provide attentive, high‑quality service throughout their visit.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge, including culinary techniques, coffee origins and bar offerings, to advise guests.
• Execute fine‑dining service standards such as silver service, proper wine and beverage pouring, and maintain a calm “silent service” atmosphere.
• Drive revenue by suggestively upselling appetizers, signature drinks and artisanal desserts while respecting guest experience.
• Maintain operational cleanliness of the outlet, ensuring furniture, glassware and service stations meet minimalist design standards.
• Coordinate between kitchen and floor, accurately communicate dietary requirements and manage KOTs.
• Assist with daily inventory checks of bar and café stock and process billing with 100 % accuracy using the POS system.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hospitality experience, preferably in food and beverage service.
• Strong communication skills and a polished personal appearance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, design‑focused environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and grooming.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Inventory management and accurate billing.
