Food & Beverage Associate

About the role

The Food & Beverage Associate delivers exceptional dining experiences by providing courteous, efficient, and personalized service to guests. You will work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly, professional service.
• Present menus, explain items, and make recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them efficiently.
• Set, clean, and maintain tables according to hotel standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Process guest bills accurately and manage cash/POS transactions.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side duties of the outlet.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in food & beverage service or hospitality.
• Customer‑focused attitude with good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
