Food & Beverage Associate – All Day Dining

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team as a Food & Beverage Associate in the All Day Dining outlet. You will be the face of the restaurant, delivering friendly, attentive service that enhances every guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages, and respond promptly to requests.
• Build positive relationships, anticipate guest needs, and handle feedback professionally.
• Follow Hilton’s service standards to ensure high‑quality presentation and delivery of food and drinks.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, resetting, cleaning, and overall outlet preparation before, during, and after service.
• Coordinate closely with colleagues, supervisors, kitchen teams, and other departments for seamless service.
• Promote menu items and special offers, process orders accurately, and minimize waste.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcohol awareness, and workplace safety procedures.
• Participate in training to continuously improve menu knowledge, service techniques, and hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering warm, friendly guest experiences.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
• Previous experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment; fluent English (additional languages a plus).
• Positive, well‑presented, reliable, and flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform the role’s duties.
