About the role

As a Food & Beverage Ambassador at Accor, you will be the face of our hospitality, creating memorable moments for guests during their dining experiences. Your passion for service and attention to detail will help turn special occasions into unforgettable celebrations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering high‑quality food and beverage service.
• Monitor and supervise the flow of service at your assigned station.
• Brief team members on menu preparation, service standards, and presentation.
• Perform typical waiter duties and any additional tasks as assigned.
• Report sales figures, guest feedback, and any operational issues to supervisors.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food‑handling standards.

Required profile

• Warm, caring personality with a genuine desire to delight guests.
• Previous food & beverage experience is an asset but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team with minimal supervision.
• Proactive in anticipating guest needs and delivering professional, welcoming service.
