Food and Beverage Associate

About the role

The Food and Beverage Associate will work full‑time at Treat Hotels & Resorts in Kumbhalgarh, welcoming guests, presenting menus and delivering food and beverage service in line with brand standards. The role supports both restaurant and banquet operations, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, take orders accurately and serve food and beverages.
• Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness and hygiene across service areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle billing, process cash or digital payments and keep accurate transaction records.
• Address guest queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support daily banquet operations, including large‑event service and table arrangements.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills with a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and menu familiarity.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multitask and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail regarding cleanliness, hygiene and safety practices.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
• Prior experience in hotels, restaurants or event catering is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
