Food and Beverage Assistant

About the role

The Food and Beverage Assistant works on‑site at The Forest Club Resort & Spa in Karjat, supporting daily food and beverage operations. The role involves assisting with food preparation, coordinating service in restaurants and poolside areas, and ensuring guests receive timely, courteous service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and service across all dining venues, including the poolside area.
• Take and deliver guest orders, set up and clear tables, and maintain a clean service environment.
• Help manage inventory of food and beverage items, ensuring stock levels are accurate.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to uphold quality, presentation, and safety standards.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in all service areas.

Required profile

• Proficiency in food and beverage operations, including food preparation and service.
• Strong customer‑service focus with a professional, courteous demeanor.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast‑paced resort environment.
