About the role

The position is responsible for the full coordination and management of manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal production capacity, effective workforce scheduling, and the achievement of production targets within deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct the entire manufacturing workflow.
• Plan and allocate manpower efficiently.
• Guarantee smooth plant operation to meet production goals.
• Propose and support improvements in manufacturing technology.
• Collaborate continuously with technical preparation, quality assurance, logistics, and HR departments.
• Participate actively in daily production meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience in a single‑piece or low‑volume production environment.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing welded steel structures.
• Solid knowledge of the metal industry, welding, and production technology.
• At least a secondary technical education.
• Advantageous: welding technologist qualification or a higher technical degree.
