Flutter Mobile Application Developer (End-to-End)

About the role

We are looking for a Flutter Developer who can own the complete mobile development lifecycle—from first screen to live app—without needing to be hand‑held at any stage. You will design, build, test, publish, and maintain production mobile applications on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Key responsibilities

• Build cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart from scratch to production.
• Implement and manage Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, FCM, Crashlytics, Remote Config, and Analytics.
• Handle end‑to‑end Play Store deployment, including app signing, build variants, release tracks, store listing, and compliance.
• Handle end‑to‑end App Store deployment, including provisioning profiles, certificates, TestFlight, App Store Connect submissions, and Apple review compliance.
• Integrate REST APIs, third‑party SDKs, and platform‑specific native modules when required.
• Implement clean, scalable state‑management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod or equivalent) and write unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Monitor app performance, crash reports, and user feedback post‑launch; ship updates and hot‑fixes.
• Maintain and improve existing apps – bug fixes, OS compatibility updates, dependency upgrades.

Required profile

• You have shipped apps that real users download and use.
• You are comfortable owning the entire mobile stack without a dedicated DevOps or release engineer.
• You stay current with Flutter releases, breaking changes, and ecosystem updates.
• You communicate clearly about timelines, blockers, and technical trade‑offs.
• You care about app quality: performance, crash rates, store ratings, and user experience.
• You are equally comfortable building something new and maintaining something live.

Required skills

• Flutter and Dart.
• Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Analytics).
• State‑management architectures (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod).
• REST API integration.
• Git and collaborative branching strategies.
• Fastlane or similar CI/CD automation for mobile builds.
• Native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) for platform channels.
• In‑app purchases, subscriptions, deep linking, and push‑notification strategies.
• AI/ML features via Firebase ML or on‑device models.
• Figma for design‑to‑code handoff.
