Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will join Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, supporting financial outcomes through data collection, analysis, and transaction reconciliation. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and performance reporting to help drive informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate operational data and reports for financial analysis.
• Perform month‑end close activities and ensure accurate financial statements.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Prepare financial reports and metrics for senior management.
• Support scenario modeling and performance reporting across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in FP&A, controllership or core finance functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage annual planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Experience with period‑end close processes and financial reconciliation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work in a 3rd‑party culture and flexible shift schedules.
