Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical within the Intelligent Insurance Operations practice. The role will support financial outcome determination by gathering operational data, performing analysis, and reconciling transactions across a range of insurance‑related financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and validate operational data and reports from various insurance business lines.
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling to support decision‑making.
• Reconcile transactions and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Prepare performance and variance reports for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address data issues and improve reporting processes.

Required profile

• BCom or CA Inter qualification.
• 3‑5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within investments or insurance.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Proven analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
