Financial Analyst-Systems

About the role

Fictiv is seeking a Financial Analyst to support, plan, analyze, and maintain its key financial tools and integrations. The role works closely with finance and technical teams to ensure smooth operation of planning systems, ERP, and reporting platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support, plan, and deliver financial tools while maintaining integration with systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Sigma.
• Liaise with stakeholders to minimize downtime of planning tools and ensure data availability.
• Assist with recurring forecasting, budgeting, and month‑end close processes.
• Automate data retrieval through reports and dashboards.
• Lead development and implementation of new systems and reports, and administer them thereafter.
• Maintain deep understanding of business application architecture, integrations, and data structures.
• Identify data needs, work with data teams, and troubleshoot system issues across finance tools.
• Interface with external vendors for product issues and service requests.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar finance or technology role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

Required skills

• Implementation and management of financial planning systems (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan).
• Experience with NetSuite and/or Oracle ERP.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Odoo, Sigma.
• Proficiency in querying large databases (SQL or similar).
• Advanced use of MS Office suite and G Suite.
