Financial Analyst – FP&A (US Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team on a US‑based shift. You will combine strong analytical abilities with a curiosity for the “why” behind the numbers, partnering with global software and operations teams to drive financial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly financial analysis frameworks.
• Own FP&A reporting and processes for the India team.
• Support HQ FP&A for month‑end, quarter‑end reporting and forecasting.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process.
• Review and analyse financial metrics, statements and key business drivers.
• Provide financial guidance to functional teams.
• Build financial projections and models.
• Conduct ad‑hoc research and analysis as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field (Master, MBA or CPA a plus).
• 5‑8 years of experience in financial planning, analysis and modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to present financial information to non‑financial audiences.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience using NetSuite.
• Familiarity with data‑analysis tools such as Hyperion, NSPB, Adaptive Planning or Anaplan.
