Finance Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Operations Manager to lead end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash processes for our London market clients from our Noida office. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships and driving a team of 20‑25 professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall operations performance and SLA delivery for client processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate daily, monthly and periodic processing of client requirements.
• Interact with clients daily, anticipate their business needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Lead a team of 20‑25 members, set goals, assign tasks and foster a performance‑driven culture.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and keep precise records.
• Oversee broker and underwriter relationships, handling queries related to payments, commissions and debt.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function.

Required profile

• B.Com (Pass/Hons) or M.Com or any finance graduate.
• 8‑12 years of experience in credit control / accounts receivable, preferably within the London market.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a finance team.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
