Finance Operations Lead

About the role

Sanctuary is seeking a Finance Operations Lead to own the execution layer behind its real‑estate development projects. You will manage draw cycles, lender relationships, insurance, and cash‑flow visibility, acting as the bridge between finance, construction, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the full draw cycle for all active development projects, preparing and submitting draw requests with supporting documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for lenders, handling communication, queries, and ensuring compliance with loan covenants.
• Coordinate insurance coverage across projects, solicit quotes, bind policies, and maintain a live insurance register.
• Track interest accruals and debt service, reconciling statements and updating cash‑flow models.
• Produce weekly and monthly reporting on draw status, upcoming payments, and projected funding needs for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in real‑estate development finance, construction lending, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of construction loan mechanics, draw procedures, and lender requirements.
• Highly organized with a track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communicator able to manage lender relationships and coordinate across finance, development, and legal teams.
