Finance Operations Associate (Remote – Bangalore)

About the role

Riveron is looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Operations Associate to support U.S. accounting and finance functions from Bangalore. You will work with the general ledger, month‑end accruals, prepaid schedules and financial reconciliations for U.S. entities, ensuring compliance with internal controls and U.S. accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes in Oracle NetSuite, maintaining GL hygiene and accurate postings.
• Maintain daily and monthly schedules for prepaids, fixed assets, and client retainer liabilities.
• Prepare vendor, agency, contractor, legal and employee accruals each month.
• Perform bank, intercompany and GL reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Produce weekly cash‑flow forecasts, daily bank data matching and monthly cost‑center allocation schedules.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in U.S. accounting, general ledger maintenance or finance operations, preferably in a GCC or U.S.-focused corporate setting.
• MBA (Finance), M.Com or semi‑qualified CA.
• Strong communication skills, self‑motivated mindset and ability to work across U.S. and India time zones.
• Willingness to work shift hours (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST) for overlap with U.S. teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency (lookup formulas, pivot tables, waterfall schedules, data reconciliations).
