Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Finance Head of Department to lead its finance team. This senior position is responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring robust controls, and supporting the hotel’s business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize cash‑flow performance of the hotel.
• Enforce and establish adequate controls for all revenues and protect assets.
• Provide financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of the hotel business plan and departmental budgets.
• Lead, develop and mentor a team of passionate hoteliers.
