About the role

The Finance Controlling Principal for Haleon Trading Services (HTS) leads end‑to‑end finance ownership across all HTS legal entities. Reporting to the HTS FPCRA and CI&D Director, this role ensures the integrity of the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow while providing high‑quality decision support.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive the full finance cycle for HTS entities, from forecasting and planning to actuals reporting and performance analysis.
  • Lead all planning, forecasting and update cycles, ensuring accurate and timely financial narratives.
  • Maintain robust financial controls, governance and compliance with IFRS, Haleon policies and local regulations.
  • Oversee statutory and management reporting, acting as the escalation point for financial risks and control issues.
  • Promote continuous improvement of finance processes and controls within HTS.
