Finance Controller – Luxury Hospitality (CA)

About the role

The leading hospitality brand is looking for an experienced Finance Controller to steer financial planning, reporting and compliance across its luxury hotel portfolio. You will partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
• Oversee audits, statutory compliance, taxation and internal control frameworks.
• Identify cost‑optimization opportunities and monitor business profitability.
• Collaborate with department heads to provide strategic financial insights.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• 8–12 years of experience in finance, with a mandatory background in hospitality finance.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial processes and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management capabilities.
