Finance Controller – Global External Manufacturing

About the role

The Finance Controller – Global External Manufacturing will oversee financial accounting, reporting, and analytics for Dr. Reddy’s external manufacturing operations worldwide. The role ensures timely month‑end closings, maintains financial hygiene, and provides actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure monthly financial closing activities are completed on time.
• Review balance sheet and trial balance to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Validate inventory valuation and provisioning in line with company policies and accounting standards.
• Oversee payables, receivables, and advances related to external manufacturing partners.
• Prepare and circulate monthly MIS reports for external manufacturing operations.
• Generate procurement and operations MIS decks for leadership reviews.
• Perform detailed variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and estimates.
• Share actionable analytics and financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Prepare and review cost sheets, including validation of product yields and third‑party manufacturing cost sheets.
