About the role
The Finance Compliance & Accounts Lead will oversee all finance, accounting, and compliance activities for the Jio Center in Kozhikode. This role combines financial stewardship with vendor and HR administration, ensuring smooth operations and regulatory adherence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage finance and accounting processes for the Jio Center.
- Drive end‑to‑end vendor management, from procurement to payments.
- Oversee administration and HR‑related functions at the center.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations.
- Maintain asset registers and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Resolve cash‑related issues in collaboration with the Operations Center.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Commerce degree.
- 6‑8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of core finance and accounting principles.
- Proven vendor management and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills.
- Detail‑oriented with a service‑focused business partnering mindset.
