Finance & Accounting Walk-in Drive – Jaipur

About the role

Genpact is hosting a walk-in recruitment event in Jaipur for multiple Finance & Accounting positions, including Accounts Payable, Record-to-Report and Order-to-Cash. Candidates with a B.Com or BBA (CA qualified also considered) and 2-10 years of relevant experience are invited to join a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and audit invoices, perform 3-way match, handle non-PO and utilities invoices, and release payments (Accounts Payable).
• Prepare quarterly and annual statutory financial statements, post month-end journal entries, perform balance-sheet reconciliations and manage inter-company processes (Record-to-Report).
• Post daily receipts, manage collections, resolve remittance discrepancies and maintain accurate accounts-receivable balances (Order-to-Cash).

Required profile

• B.Com or BBA degree (CA qualification preferred); LLB or diploma holders are not eligible.
• 2-10 years of experience in the respective finance function.
• Ability to work in a 24 × 7 shift environment and present required documents at the walk-in.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Navision.
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing, payment cycles and month-end close activities.
• Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation.
