About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Finance & Accounting Executive to join Adapts Media in Bilaspur. The role blends media‑related client coordination with core financial duties, ideal for candidates with 4‑5 years of experience in accounting and strong Excel capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and dispatch accurate client invoices.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS and VAT returns in compliance with regulations.
- Manage purchase orders, booking orders and related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely payments and follow‑up on outstanding balances.
- Conduct internal audits, maintain financial records in Tally and support external audits.
- Create advanced Excel reports, analyse financial data and identify trends.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- 4‑5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and VAT filing procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
