Field Supervisor – Construction (North East India)

About the role

We are looking for a Field Supervisor to lead our construction teams across the North‑East region of India. Reporting to the regional manager, you will oversee supervisors and field staff to ensure timely delivery of Otis manufacturing and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the execution of manufacturing and construction backlog projects in the North‑East area.
• Plan, schedule and monitor project activities to meet quality, safety and timeline targets.
• Maintain compliance with Otis quality and safety standards on all sites.
• Develop and mentor the execution team, including site supervisors and field technicians.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure resource availability and resolve on‑site issues.

Required profile

• B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of industry experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing or elevator installation.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing large‑scale field projects.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Guwahati and travel across the North‑East region.
