Field Service Executive – Elevator Repair

About the role
Otis is seeking a Field Service Executive to join its maintenance team in Ludhiana. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of elevators and escalators within your assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all scheduled maintenance and service visits for elevators in the designated area.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and aim for first‑time fix.
- Carry out minor repairs to keep equipment operational.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Interact directly with customers on‑site to build strong relationships.
Required profile
- Diploma in Electrical or Electronics engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in the elevator industry.
- Willingness to work in the field across a defined geographic territory.
Required skills
- Elevator maintenance and repair.
- Electrical/electronics troubleshooting.
