Field Service Engineer / Technician – Onsite Engineer 1 (Maharashtra)

About the role

The Field Service Engineer will deliver expert repair, maintenance and installation services for our technology solutions across Maharashtra. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure equipment performance, safety compliance and high customer satisfaction through on‑site support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct planned and ad‑hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot and repair technical systems.
• Diagnose issues proactively to minimise equipment downtime.
• Perform installations and verify safety standards.
• Document all activities and service reports accurately.
• Act as the on‑site point of contact, providing recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience as a sales or service engineer.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and report to the Operations Manager.
