Field Service Engineer – Mechanical (5-6 yrs)

About the role

Join Bosch Rexroth India as a Field Service Engineer, responsible for delivering high‑quality technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction across field and zero‑kilometre projects. You will work closely with customers, plant teams, and internal service organisations to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, fault finding, assembly, dis‑assembly and testing of hydraulic and drive systems.
• Improve customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective field support.
• Manage project activities and prototype validation for mobile applications, ensuring KPI attainment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and source plant teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with internal service organisations and other departments to foster strong internal relationships.

Required profile

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–6 years of relevant field service experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth product knowledge, including fault finding, assembly, dis‑assembly and testing.
• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities.
• Adaptability to varied technical environments.
