Field Service Engineer – Cath Lab

About the role

The Field Service Engineer – Cath Lab provides on‑site technical support, maintenance, and repair of Philips cath‑lab equipment. Working under direct supervision, the engineer prepares for visits, aims for first‑visit resolution, and handles customer escalations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver troubleshooting, repair, and installation services for cath‑lab, X‑ray and C‑arm systems.
• Document detailed service activities, diagnostics, resolutions and test procedures.
• Track customer interaction time, parts usage and service outcomes in real‑time.
• Prepare for service visits by diagnosing issues, gathering parts and creating action plans.
• Assist with customer escalations, complaints and feedback, coordinating corrective actions.
• Identify sales opportunities or value‑added services during field visits.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience with cath‑lab, X‑ray or C‑arm equipment.
• Good knowledge of IT and network concepts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under supervision.
