About the role
Chettinad Institute of Medical Sciences is conducting a walk‑in interview to fill a range of academic and clinical positions, including Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Senior Resident and Junior Resident. Candidates will join a dynamic teaching hospital focused on medical education, research and patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate medical lectures and practical sessions.
- Guide and supervise clinical training of resident doctors.
- Participate in research projects and publish scholarly articles.
- Provide high‑quality patient care in assigned specialties.
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental administration.
Required profile
- Medical degree (MBBS) with registration as per NMC regulations.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification for the applied position.
- Eligibility in accordance with NMC Forms.
- Demonstrated teaching or clinical experience appropriate to the role.
