About the role

The company is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Officer to act as a Relationship Manager for its insurance portfolio. You will develop and execute sales strategies, acquire new clients, and nurture long‑term relationships to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales targets.
Conduct face‑to‑face client visits.
Upsell and cross‑sell insurance products.
Provide post‑sales service and support.
Engage customers to build loyalty.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in insurance.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with sales techniques and pipeline management.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven with excellent communication skills.
Ability to build long‑term client relationships.
Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
