Field Sales Executive – Srikakulam

About the role

Rentokil PCI, a leading pest‑control service provider in India, is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Srikakulam region. You will be responsible for generating new pest‑control contracts, maintaining existing client relationships, and supporting the service team with market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure both long‑term and short‑term pest‑control business opportunities.
• Develop new business within current and prospective customer bases in line with the sales strategy.
• Maintain client retention by ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.
• Manage day‑to‑day sales activities, including proposals, service agreements, prospecting and market development.
• Provide customer feedback to the service team and assist with debt collection when required.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate or MBA fresher with good sales knowledge.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with clients.
• Motivated to achieve targets and build lasting client relationships.
