Field Sales Executive

About the role

Huts4u is a fast‑growing travel‑tech platform that enables flexible hotel bookings across Odisha. We are seeking an energetic Field Sales Executive to expand our hotel partner network in Bhubaneswar and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential hotel partners through field visits, networking and lead generation.
• Present Huts4u’s platform, services and partnership benefits to hotel owners and managers.
• Onboard new hotel partners and ensure their property listings are completed accurately.
• Travel regularly across Bhubaneswar and Puri for hotel visits, meetings and onboarding activities.
• Achieve monthly hotel onboarding and sales targets.
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights to support business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and operations.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and target‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage field‑sales activities effectively.
• Basic knowledge of sales, hospitality or the travel industry is preferred.
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and frequent travel between Bhubaneswar and Puri.
• Access to a two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence is preferred.
• Access to a laptop for reporting, onboarding and operational activities.
