Field Sales Executive

About the role

The Field Sales Executive is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Bhubaneshwar. The position involves identifying and approaching prospective clients, presenting SolvionTech’s IT and AI‑driven solutions, and building long‑term business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
• Organise client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and provide field feedback to improve offerings.
• Represent the company professionally at client locations and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven field sales, business development and client relationship management experience in IT services or related industries.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, able to explain technical solutions in business‑focused language.
• Ability to perform market research, identify opportunities and manage a structured sales pipeline.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bhubaneshwar and travel locally for client visits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field, or equivalent B2B sales experience.
• Basic understanding of digital solutions, web and mobile applications, or AI‑powered products.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office productivity software for documenting activities and generating reports.
