Field Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to represent our extensive range of jewellery manufacturing tools and equipment. Based in Rajkot, you will work directly with manufacturers, dealers and industry professionals to grow our client base and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess client needs and demonstrate product solutions.
• Present and sell a full portfolio that includes casting tools, wax consumables, dies and machinery.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably in industrial or technical products.
• Familiarity with the jewellery manufacturing sector is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and hold a valid driving licence.
