Field Sales Executive

About the role

Bandar is looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to help adventure operators across India join its platform. You will act as the on‑ground liaison, introducing the Bandar Partner App and supporting businesses to list and grow their adventure experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Visit rafting companies, paragliding schools, trekking outfits, safari camps and other adventure operators in your assigned state or area.
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of the Bandar Partner App.
• Assist businesses in creating and optimizing their listings on the platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with local adventure service providers.
• Report feedback and market insights to the Bandar team.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of the local adventure and outdoor ecosystem.
• Passion for travel, exploration and outdoor activities.
• Comfortable with frequent field visits and small‑business interactions.
• Clear communicator who can present confidently.
• Seeking flexible, performance‑based work with strong earning potential.
