Field Sales Executive (Fresh Graduate Internship)

About the role

Ekatraa is India's first AI‑powered event services marketplace. As a Field Sales Executive Intern you will work on‑site in Bhubaneswar, travelling across the city to identify and onboard event service providers onto the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new vendors across multiple event service categories.
• Explain Ekatraa’s technology, AI‑driven recommendations and business value proposition to potential partners.
• Complete all required documentation and ensure vendors understand platform processes and quality standards.
• Conduct regular field visits, maintain accurate records of meetings, leads and conversions.
• Achieve monthly vendor acquisition and business development targets.

Required profile

• Fresh MBA, Management, B.Tech, BBA or any graduate (upper age limit 30).
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and comfortable working extensively in the field.
• Fluency in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Odia, Bangla, etc.) is a plus.
