About the role
The Field Operator IV supports Baker Hughes’ oil and gas operations by ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently. Working on‑site, the operator collaborates with technical teams to maintain production standards and uphold the company’s commitment to cleaner, safer energy. This position provides hands‑on experience with industry‑leading technologies and contributes directly to the reliability of field assets.
Key responsibilities
- Apply thorough knowledge of basic oil and gas industry practices.
- Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude in handling equipment.

Required profile
