Field Operations Assistant

About the role
We are looking for a Field Operations Assistant to ensure our smart TV channels go live at client sites. You will be the hands‑on person who mounts, connects and tests our amliré units, enabling institutions to broadcast content without a technical team.
Key responsibilities
- Mount and install TVs at client locations, including drilling, fitting and cabling.
- Set up and test amliré units on‑site to verify proper operation.
- Travel across the network for installations, routine maintenance and on‑site support.
- Coordinate with the operations team on schedules, reporting and any issues encountered.
Required profile
- Own a two‑wheeler with a valid licence.
- Hands‑on TV mounting and installation experience.
- A genuine enthusiasm for field work and travel.
- Preferably an ITI qualification in Electrical, Electronics or Fitter trades.
- Car licence is a plus.
