About the role
We are seeking a motivated Field Collection Executive to recover ACT Broadband routers and related accessories from customers after service disconnection or cancellation. The role involves daily visits to customer locations, proactive communication, and safe handling of equipment while representing the company professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned customer locations to collect routers and accessories.
- Contact customers in advance to schedule pickup appointments.
- Recover Tata Play routers and any associated accessories when applicable.
- Update recovery status in the designated application or tracker promptly.
- Coordinate daily progress with the operations team.
- Handle devices safely and submit them according to company guidelines.
- Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets.
Required profile
- Motivated and able to work independently in the field.
- Professional conduct and strong customer interaction skills.
- Ability to meet defined daily and monthly recovery targets.
