About the role
The Field Collection Executive is responsible for retrieving Tata Play Broadband routers from customers after service termination or cancellation. This role involves daily on‑site visits, direct interaction with customers, and accurate recording of recovery activities while upholding professional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned customer locations to collect discontinued Tata Play routers and any related accessories.
- Contact customers in advance to schedule pickup appointments.
- Safely handle and transport recovered devices according to company guidelines.
- Update recovery status in the designated application or tracker promptly.
- Coordinate daily progress with the operations team.
- Meet established daily and monthly recovery targets.
Required profile
- Motivated individual with a professional attitude.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to follow schedules and meet performance targets.
- Attention to detail in handling and documenting equipment.
