Female Telecaller – Salem

About the role

We are looking for a motivated female telecaller to join our customer service team in Salem. The role focuses on outbound calls to existing and potential clients to promote our products and generate sales.

Key responsibilities

• Study product details and stay updated on any changes.
• Obtain and maintain accurate contact lists of prospects.
• Make outbound calls to active and prospective customers to encourage purchases.
• Address client questions, concerns, and suggestions promptly.
• Record important conversation notes for follow‑up by the sales team.
• Communicate verbal acceptances of offers to the sales team for closure.
• Log all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance and expectations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales role.
• Completion of a sales‑related training program is preferred.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to adapt communication style quickly.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good research and record‑keeping abilities.
• Openness to feedback without taking it personally.
