F&B and Event Service Expert

About the role

As an F&B and Event Service Expert you will help create memorable guest experiences by delivering seamless food, beverage and event services. You will work closely with the kitchen, event coordinators and front‑of‑house teams to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Set up tables, event materials and service stations according to event specifications.
• Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
• Welcome, acknowledge and serve guests throughout events, maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies and ensure all equipment is in good condition.
• Follow all company safety, security and hygiene policies; report any incidents or maintenance needs.
• Uphold uniform standards and protect confidential and proprietary information.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lb, bending, twisting and reaching overhead.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in food‑and‑beverage or event service.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow detailed procedures.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards and guest satisfaction.
