Fashion Designer (3–4 Years Experience)

About the role

We are seeking a Fashion Designer with 3–4 years of experience to join our design team in Tirupur. This position is ideal for a creative professional eager to contribute to seasonal collections for international markets, particularly the UK and US.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design team in developing seasonal collections aligned with brand direction.
• Co‑create concepts, mood boards, and design ranges alongside senior designers.
• Translate design ideas into sketches, tech packs, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with factories and sampling teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Assist in fabric sourcing, trims selection, and market research.
• Stay updated on global fashion trends, especially in the UK and US markets.
• Participate in fittings and refine garments based on feedback.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in fashion or apparel design.
• Degree or diploma from NIFT, Pearl Academy, or an equivalent design institute.
• Basic understanding of the apparel manufacturing process.
• Strong design sensibility with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with UK/US market trends and aesthetics.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
