Faculty Positions – Assistant/Associate Professor & Senior Administrator

About the role

We are seeking qualified academics and senior administrators to join a leading Management, Arts, and Science College. The institution offers a supportive environment for teaching, research, and student mentorship across multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality lectures, seminars, and workshops for MBA specialisations, MSW, Mathematics, Commerce, Management and Aviation.
• Guide student projects, supervise research, and contribute to curriculum development.
• Participate in departmental meetings, accreditation activities, and community outreach.
• For senior administrators: oversee administrative functions, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support faculty operations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in the relevant discipline (Ph.D., NET/SET preferred as per UGC/AICTE norms).
• Prior teaching experience or relevant industry experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.
• Passion for academic excellence and research.
• For Aviation faculty: IATA certification is an added advantage.
