About the role

The Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Delhi–Faridabad Campus is seeking a dynamic faculty member to lead Learning & Development initiatives focused on soft‑skill enhancement. You will design and deliver training programs that help students transition from campus life to professional environments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workshops on campus‑to‑corporate transition, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Facilitate group discussions, listening exercises, assertiveness, and leadership development sessions.
• Provide counseling activities and support for overall student development.
• Deliver training to other Amrita constituent schools as directed by the Director‑Corporate Relations.
• Gather industry feedback through the General Manager‑Career Competency Development and continuously update the curriculum.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree (PG) in a relevant discipline.
• Strong aptitude for teaching and adult learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to engage diverse student groups and adapt content to industry needs.
