Factory Worker

About the role

Pooja Enterprises is seeking a reliable Factory Worker to join its Hyderabad production floor. You will support daily manufacturing activities, operate machinery, and help keep the work area clean and organized while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
• Assist with packing, material handling, and loading/unloading of goods.
• Maintain a tidy and safe work environment.
• Perform basic quality checks and report any defects.
• Support routine equipment maintenance and basic forklift tasks.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum high school education or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
• Foundational experience in machine operation or production processes.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and repeat tasks safely.
• Strong teamwork, punctuality, and reliability.
• Prior experience in metal fabrication or rail‑related manufacturing is advantageous.
