Export Sales Executive – French Speaker

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Executive who is fluent in French to expand our international business across Africa, French‑speaking African nations, the Middle East and other global markets. The role involves identifying new customers, building relationships, and converting enquiries into export orders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international customers, importers, distributors and partners.
• Travel abroad for client meetings, market visits, exhibitions and business development activities.
• Generate and secure export orders for a wide range of products including engineering goods, chemicals, automotive spare parts, construction equipment, electronics, agricultural items, textiles, FMCG and general trading items.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Maintain regular follow‑up from enquiry through order placement and shipment.
• Coordinate with purchase, logistics, accounts and export documentation teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of experience in export sales or international business development.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Proven track record of developing overseas customers and generating export revenue.
• Strong knowledge of African and French‑speaking markets is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally for business development.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
