Experienced Architect (8-15 years)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8‑15 years of professional experience to independently lead residential building projects from concept through execution. The role involves design, feasibility studies, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet timelines and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage residential building projects from concept to completion.
• Conduct feasibility studies, including site analysis, development potential, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop design concepts with strong understanding of construction detailing and materials.
• Prepare and deliver design presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Review, coordinate, and approve working drawings.
• Collaborate effectively with consultants, contractors, and management teams.
• Lead project teams, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to schedules.

Required profile

• 8‑15 years of architectural experience, preferably in residential projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• Strong design and technical capabilities with practical knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
