Experience Curator & Operations Lead

About the role

Rajasthan Studio is seeking an Experience Curator & Operations Lead to drive its cultural‑travel experiences across Rajasthan. You will be the central point of contact from the moment a traveller discovers our workshops to the moment they leave with a handcrafted souvenir.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and manage volunteers in multiple cities, matching them to experiences based on availability and strengths.
• Build long‑term relationships with volunteers, providing support, guidance and timely payouts.
• Act as the primary liaison for artisans, coordinating their participation in experiences, B2B activations and events, and ensuring accurate compensation.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, email and phone with warmth and efficiency.
• Engage B2B leads (corporates, travel agencies, hotels) to co‑design customised experience packages and pitch them for groups, off‑sites, MICE events and tourism programmes.
• Represent Rajasthan Studio at networking events, travel marts and industry meet‑ups to grow the partnership pipeline.
• Host on‑site experiences, manage bookings end‑to‑end, coordinate logistics with artists and conduct post‑experience follow‑up.

Required profile

• Passion for travel, culture and hands‑on art experiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with volunteers, artisans and corporate partners.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using WhatsApp, social media platforms and email for customer communication.
• Experience with volunteer or community management.
• Ability to coordinate logistics and manage bookings.
