Executive/Assistant Sales Manager – Outbound Tours

About the role

Culture Holidays is seeking a dynamic Executive/Assistant Sales Manager to lead its outbound tours division. The role focuses on designing, promoting, and selling international holiday packages while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell international holiday and tour packages through various sales channels.
• Design customized itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and travel trends.
• Collaborate with vendors to create comprehensive travel packages including flights, accommodation, activities, and transfers.
• Monitor global travel trends, destination updates, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, inquiries, and referrals.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and market insights for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound tour operations or sales, preferably within the travel industry.
• Experience with international sales is a plus.
• Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
