Executive Transport Coordinator

About the role
We are looking for an Executive Transport Coordinator to oversee warehouse transportation operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods while optimizing space utilization.
Key responsibilities
- Organise warehouse areas and maximise space usage.
- Manage day‑to‑day activities of warehouse staff and drivers.
- Plan and schedule vehicle dispatches and staff shifts.
- Prepare daily dispatch plans and ensure timely shipment of finished goods.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop procedures that improve dispatch efficiency.
- Enforce safety policies and operating instructions.
- Resolve routine equipment issues and maintain a clean, audit‑ready warehouse.
Required profile
- 3–4 years of experience in transport coordination or similar logistics roles.
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and SAP.
- Strong organisational attention to detail.
